The second edition of Art D’Egypte of the art exhibition celebrated its huge success as it was held under the theme “Forever Is Now” at the Great Pyramids of Giza.

The event created room for a group of 12 international and regional artists to showcase their artwork at the foot of the monumental structures which ensued in a conversation between contemporary and ancient art.

A number of 850,000 visitors were present at the exhibition, including famous public persons like Her Majesty the Mother Queen Sofia of Spain, the Minister of Culture and Youth for the United Arab Emirates, and Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi, among others. 

The founder of Art D’Egypte, Nadine Abdel Ghaffar established that nearly 800 global media outlets covered the art exhibition which provided an important global resonance for the event.

Nadine also shared that they organize special programs for students such as art guide programs to educate them more about the artists and artworks and to enhance their knowledge of the technical aspects of large installations.

The exhibition also has nearly 200 volunteers who participated and received training prior to the event which allowed them act as tour guides to visitors during the exhibition period.

The exhibition also had AR filters for each artwork in partnership with Instagram from Meta which enabled an explanation of the artwork to visitors.
