To host the Corporate Council on Africa’s 15th U.S.-Africa Business Summit(USABS), the CCA has announced the Government of the Republic of Botswana as the national host in June 2023.

The President of the Republic of Botswana, Dr. Mokgweetsi E.K. Masisi welcomed the unique opportunity given to host the Corporate Council on Africa’s 2023 USABS which is geared towards Botswana and Africa’s potential to advance trade and investment that will benefit people of the U.S. and Africa.

The summits are a platform that brings together African Heads of State and other senior U.S., which address all major economic sectors that are important to the development of the continent.

Botswana is regarded as one of the world’s fastest growing economies and seen as a model in both political and economic governance for Africa and for the broader world.

The President and CEO of Corporate Council on Africa, Florie Liser, was with great respect appreciated Botswana for accepting the invitation to host the 2023 US-Africa Business Summit.

A special reception was hosted by the Corporate Council on Africa where the President of Botswana announced the date and plans for the upcoming Summit.

CCA is a trade association focused on strengthening the commercial relationships between the United States and African continent.
