The international hip hop music festival is a festival held on the United States, Europe, Australia and Canada. According to Complex, it is one of the biggest rap-only festivals in the world and according to Billboard, it is the “be-all of hip-hop festivals.” It was Established in 2015 by Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif.
This year’s Rolling Loud Festival will be holding in Munich, Germany and Nigerian Afro beats superstar Ayodeji Balogun, famously known as Wizkid is set to headline the festival. This announcement was made on Friday, on the official Twitter page of the festival.
This however, won’t be the first time, Rolling Loud Festival will be seeing Wizkid as a headliner. He performed as a headliner for the festival in 2022 at Toronto, which makes him the first African to headline the world’s largest hip hop festival twice.
The festival will be a three-day event which will hold from the 7th of July to the 9th of July. The festival will see so many performances of hip hop and afro beats act.
Wizkid will kickstart the festival weekend on Friday, the 7th of June. Two other Nigerian superstars, Ayra Starr and Fireboy DML will be performing on the same day.
