The Minister of Information, Communication, Science, Technology, and Innovation in Lesotho, Ms. Nthati Moorosi, gave a motivational speech at the Sebabatso Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative closing ceremony. She expressed her hope that potential investors would be drawn to the creative business ideas that young entrepreneurs were presenting.
Minister Moorosi gave an energizing speech to cap off the Sebabatso Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative, a platform designed to foster and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit among young people. She gave the participants high marks for their inventiveness, tenacity, and steadfast dedication to their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Ms. Moorosi emphasized the significance of fostering youth entrepreneurship in the domains of science, technology, innovation, and information and communication. She emphasized that these fields are critical to the advancement of any country, noting that innovation and economic growth are fueled by youthful enthusiasm and inventiveness.
The Minister said, “Your business ideas are the lifeblood of our future economic success.” She went on to say that their generation holds the key to seizing these chances and that finding answers to today’s problems is essential.
Moreover, she conveyed her conviction that the venture concepts presented during the program would draw in financiers willing to assist these youthful pioneers in realizing their dreams. She urged the attendees to keep going, polish their ideas, and get ready for meetings with possible financiers who would be eager to support their creative endeavors.
She stated that the Sebabatso Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative provided inspiration for young people, and her conviction that their business concepts have the potential to draw in investors highlights the significance of developing young talent in the vital domains of innovation, science, technology, information, and communication.
