• 24th VGMA to take place at the Grand Arena on 13th May 2023.

The 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, which are organized by Charterhouse Ghana, have released its official date as music’s greatest night approaches (VGMA).

The 24th VGMA, dubbed Ghana’s biggest music event, will take place at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Convention Centre on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Affiliate media platforms will broadcast the event live throughout Africa and the world in addition to Ghana on TV3 and TV3.

The 24th VGMA is proudly presented to you by Vodafone and produced by Charterhouse with media support from TV3.

By reason of sponsorship, the annual Ghana Music Awards is presently known as the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs). The event was established by CharterHouse in 1999 to celebrate the outstanding contributions of musicians in Ghana to grow and expand the industry.

The event is usually held in April, May, or June, and its highest and most prestigious award is the ‘Artist of the Year’ award which is given to artists adjudged by the CharterHouse, VGMAs, and the general public.
