Nexgen Packaging announces the construction of its African headquarter in Nairobi Kenya, which will be situated at the Export Processing Zone in Athi River.

This development in Kenya is committed to bring a comprehensive set of capabilities and product offerings to the African market with a significant focus on sustainable solutions.

Kenya will also serve as Nexgen’s main production location for Africa, as it adds to the capabilities and capacities of Nexgen’s operations in Ethiopia, Egypt and West Africa as a whole.

The Managing Director of Nexgen Manuel Torres speaking on the occasion said, “We could not be more excited about the opportunity to establish our African headquarters in Kenya, as we are building a great team in Nairobi with significant industry and regional experience”.

In his remark, Jim Welch the CEO of Nexgen said the Nexgen’s team takes great pleasure in exceeding the present and future needs of their customers which is why they are strategic to many brands and retailers globally.

He added that “The investment in Kenya is a perfect example of how we align our investments with the strategic needs of our customers”.

Since inception in 2006, Nexgen has become a leading producer of packaging solutions for the retail, apparel, and footwear industries whereby they listen to customers and offer quick response to their needs.
